Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Management profile specializing in data cloud and AI.
1. Set up new workflows: Define scope expectations and establish ways of working agreements particularly in technical contexts involving Development and Data teams.
2. Coordinate resource allocation: Work closely with CCS to manage technical capacity identify skill gaps and onboard required expertise.
3. Apply agile methodologies: Manage projects using Agile approach adapting them to the technical teams workflow and project requirements.
4. Support technical discussions: Collaborate with technical teams during client meetings to bridge the gap between client expectations and technical feasibility.
5. Coordinate project timelines: Work with the team and Product Owners to set realistic delivery dates balancing client demands with development capabilities.
6. Risk management: Ensure technical and strategic risks of decisions are understood documented and communicated as necessary.
7. Team briefings: Provide comprehensive technical and clientrelated briefings to ensure alignment within the team.
8. Client reporting: Prepare technical and project progress reports for clients as needed.
9. Highlight achievements: Share technical successes and accomplishments internally and externally to enhance visibility and team morale.
10. Adaptable to fastpacing environments: Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities strategies and workflows in response to highly evolving client requirements or team dynamics.
Qualifications :
- Native Spanish or advanced level
- Advanced level of English
