Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned bilingual ERP Project Manager proficient in Japanese with 12 years of overall experience to drive ERP projects to success.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment.
Build and develop project teams motivate provide direction and ensure deliverables.
Identify objectives scope schedules budget estimates technical feasibility implementation plans risk metrics and mitigation strategies.
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope schedule budget and agreed plans.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Deliver projects on time within scope and within budget. Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
Ensure client goals and deliveries are met exceeding expectations.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring consistent cadence and alignment.
Resolve escalations find solutions and communicate effectively escalating when necessary.
Be a proactive problem solver leveraging global resources and selflearning to resolve technical and other challenges.
Provide tailored project status updates to all stakeholders based on their specific requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6 years of project management experience.
Proficiency in Japanese (Native) and English language skills.
Experience with Requirements Elicitation Stakeholder Management and Rootstock or any other ERP.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Team player with a problemsolving attitude.
Strong background in technology analysis management business skills budgeting and tracking.
Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Adaptability to work in a global work culture and environment.
