Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations drive business growth and ensure the of sales strategies within the pet retail sector. This role involves developing and expanding market reach managing sales teams and achieving sales targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team within the pet shop channel.
- Expand market presence and distribution network in assigned regions.
- Ensure effective product merchandising and brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance generate reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop strategies to enhance revenue improve asset protection and achieve company targets.
- Foster strong relationships with business partners and key accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in Chinese English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
