Were currently looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent part time basis within our Goods In Team at Kent Frozen Foods Depot in Aylesford. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can expand upon your office administration skills within a supportive Goods In team. This is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same!

In this role youll be the vital link between the operations warehouse and stock teamsensuring seamless communication and support to keep everything in our Depot running smoothly. Working alongside a collaborative team of eight colleagues youll tackle a variety of office tasks from reviewing documents and managing paperbased systems to using specialised software. Youll also play a key role in ensuring goods in vehicles are booked into the diary and stock is receipted in an effective and accurate manner in addition to creating Excelbased charts and tables maintaining quality control challenging any inaccuracies with quantities or best before dates for reports and documentation and stepping in to support warehouse operations when needed.

To thrive in this role you should have prior office experience and strong telephone and IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office. Familiarity AS400 or D365 would be a plus. A keen eye for detail is essential to maintain high levels of accuracy along with excellent organisational skills to manage your workload efficiently. Strong communication skills will be key in building and maintaining great working relationships with both suppliers and internal colleagues.
