Job Description
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Oncology Multidisciplinary Center ensuring excellence in patient engagement human resources information systems quality assurance and financial management. Focus on achieving strategic organizational goals including provider employee and patient engagement as well as operational and clinical excellence. Responsible for developing and managing operational and capital budgets for assigned practices ensuring budgetary performance and patient safety goals are met annually in alignment with organizational objectives. Work is performed under limited supervision. Direct report to the Sr. Director Oncology Service Line.
Qualifications :
Required:
Bachelors degree in Nursing.
- Three 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Three 3 years of recent experience in a clinical specialty.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the Maryland Boarding of Nursing.
Preferred:
- Three 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a managerial or supervisory role within Oncology.
- Three 3 years of recent experience in Oncology.
