Are you a driven selfmotivated professional with a passion for leadership and operations management Lotus Commercial is looking for a Branch Manager to join our closeknit team and spearhead operations in Adelaide South Australia.
About the Role:
As the Branch Manager in Adelaide youll report directly to the Southern Regional Manager and be responsible for overseeing and scheduling branch activities. You will lead the team and ensure the continued growth and success of the branch. While your primary focus will be on strategic management and operations you may occasionally be required to provide handson support to maintain smooth branch functions. A proven history of effectively managing multiple teams maintaining operational standards ensuring efficiency and prioritizing safety is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead motivate and manage both onsite and remote teams effectively.
- Safety First: Maintain exceptional knowledge of health & safety practices with a strong focus on a safetyfirst attitude.
- Customer Focus: Handle complaints and solve problems with a customerfocused approach.
- Growth & Development: Drive growth meet KPIs and oversee the development of the branch.
- HandsOn Management: Supervise technicians in the field while training and developing your team.
- TechSavvy: Utilize your computer skills in Excel Word Outlook and customer database systems to manage daily operations.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading teams with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- A successful track record in customer service problemsolving and meeting growth targets.
- A willingness to work in the field and develop a handson understanding of our operations.
- Experience in the trades or in people management is advantageous.
