Manage holistic program progress budget milestones communications risks issues and dependencies
Lead development and execution of program management documentation
Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships to determine value and set strategic initiatives
Conduct knowledge transfer activities
Additional Job Requirements:
- Technical/technology understanding (enough to understand and manage work/tasks).
- Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of leadership.
- Retail experience.
- Scrum and agile implementation experience.
- Confident/outgoing/chaser/who can go and get work done.
- Capable of driving the projects from scratch with RACI execution plan milestones risks etc.
