Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a very strong knowledge on project management cycle and demonstrated experience in Software Project Management. Experience with ecommerce and mobilecommerce applications is desired. Required Skills:
Candidate must be located in the commuting distance of Provo UT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Min 7yrs of IT experience
Experience in Agile Project Management An Agile mindset with project managing experience in Agile environment
Microservice and Ecommerce platform knowledge and have good ability to manage high profile high
impact projects with complete accountability & transparency
Experience in Technical articulation and understanding aligning resources for and of projects throughdelivery including scope and schedule of each project
Proven experience in proactive Planning and Tracking Proven success managing risk
dependencies and constraints.
Develop communication expectations and success measures with the team and with other partners
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as
Jira Confluence/Microsoft Office or equivalent.
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs onschedule within budget for the defined
scope
Excellent decisionmaking and leadership capabilities and Experience in strategic planning risk
management and/or change management
Coordinate schedules and dependencies across multiple scrum / cross teams and monitor deadlines
and hold the team accountable to deliverable commitments
Manage issues and risks at the project and program level Report status to team to business
stakeholders and to executives
Preferred Skills:
Agile Planning and and help define project scope goals and deliverables
Allocate project resources and ensure utilization effectively within Budget.
Create schedule and project timeline with Gantt and WBS plans and Track deliverables
Support and direct team towards common goal and ensure quality assurance Process adherence in all levels.
Monitor and report project progress with KPI timely manner Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems andsolutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Risk identification monitoring and mitigation and evaluate and retrospect project outcome
Conflict resolution experience
Product & solutioning Focused Mindset and Involve in enabling team with their knowledge scaling as a coach leader
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
