Mobius is seeking a Command Control Communications and Battle Management (C3BM) Intermediate Systems Engineer to join our team! As a C3BM systems engineer your efforts will include engaging in Command Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration future concepts new functionality and multinational exchange designs. The systems engineering tasks for this position includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation; and collaboration with MDS stakeholders to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes. Other activities include participation in engineering meetings presenting engineering product development updates providing analysis and failure review summaries and making recommendations. The position is in Huntsville AL.
Duties of a C3BM Systems Engineer may include:
- Support C3BM M&S development including the BCM Federated Model and CADE. Coordinate Flight Test Predictive Analysis to assess C2BMC system performance.
- Evaluate C3BM modeling Increments and initiatives. Provide coordination for Enterprise M&S activities.
- Provide systems engineering support to validate C3BM models used to assess system capabilities and limitations and inform development of MDS analysis capability provided to the Warfighter.
- Provide input on measures used to validate models evaluate test cases to ensure performance adequately assessed interpret test results to identify problems and impact to overall system capability provide developer and MDA/BC Project Office feedback on sensor model algorithms and research.
- Provide recommendations on model improvement opportunities that will have the most impact on overall system performance.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity/algorithm knowledge of C2BMC capabilities and any models/simulations skills
- Python MATLAB Visual Basic supporting simulation environment evaluations a plus
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency Ballistic Missile Defense System and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
- Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support realworld test integration and operations
- Experience working within a collaborative environment composed of Government prime contractor subcontractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badgeless contractor environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Access and PowerPoint
- Selfstarter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fastpaced environment

- Bachelors degree in STEM and
Clearance
- Active Secret clearance
