Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company s customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
- Attend networking events as directed and prepare necessary reports within the required timeline.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decisionmaking and projectspecific deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective file management systems.
- Generate at least 5 sales qualified leads monthly.
- Handle discovery and demo calls with prospects/SQLs to close at least 1 deal monthly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales business development or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in market research lead generation and closing deals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Familiarity with digital sales strategies and social media management experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Google suite Microsoft Office ChatGPT CRM system Apollo Monday Hootsuite.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while also being an exceptional team player.
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field preferred.
