Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Empower Lives Create Impact!

Job Type:FullTime; FridayMonday 11AM8:30PM
Pay: Competitive hourly wage starting at $2122 per hour $1000 hiring bonus with opportunities for growth.

What Youll Do:
  • Provide direct assistance with daily living tasks personal care and household responsibilities.
  • Support individuals in pursuing personal goals and actively participating in community activities.
  • Administer medications (training provided) and accurately document health and behavioral updates.
  • Create and maintain a safe respectful environment at home and in the community.
  • Collaborate with team members families and external providers to deliver individualized personcentered care.
  • Engage in team meetings professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Prior experience in caregiving or social services is a bonus but not necessary comprehensive training is provided!
  • Individuals who are compassionate patient and committed to advocating for people with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid drivers license dependable transportation and the ability to meet company driving requirements.
  • Successful completion of a national background check.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform associated tasks.
