Job Type:FullTime; FridayMonday 11AM8:30PM
Pay: Competitive hourly wage starting at $2122 per hour $1000 hiring bonus with opportunities for growth.

- Provide direct assistance with daily living tasks personal care and household responsibilities.

- Administer medications (training provided) and accurately document health and behavioral updates.
- Create and maintain a safe respectful environment at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with team members families and external providers to deliver individualized personcentered care.
- Engage in team meetings professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Prior experience in caregiving or social services is a bonus but not necessary comprehensive training is provided!
- Individuals who are compassionate patient and committed to advocating for people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid drivers license dependable transportation and the ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Successful completion of a national background check.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform associated tasks.
