What Youll Be Doing: In this role youll play a pivotal part in promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer experience to ensure the ongoing success and growth of our business. If youre passionate about local news love engaging with businesses and thrive in a collaborative environment we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to attract and secure new customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to grow and nurture existing clients.
- Dive deep into understanding clients needs to create powerful advertising campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional aftersales service to keep clients happy and coming back.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality or call centres.
- A genuine passion for working closely with clients to deliver great results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Wellorganized with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid computer skills.
