The Oracle Support Analyst position is part of the consultancy team of Ataway Bucharest.
While covering this position you will be working closely with our partners to provide consultancy services to our client and end users located in Europe: solving trouble shooting problems system issues and responding to general inquiries related to Oracle AP Oracle AR or Oracle GL.
You will also collaborate with the system providers on specific IT services.

While covering this position you will be working closely with our partners to provide consultancy services to our client and end users located in Europe: solving trouble shooting problems system issues and responding to general inquiries related to Oracle AP Oracle AR or Oracle GL.
You will also collaborate with the system providers on specific IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and training for Oracle EBS Finance module users;
- Daily management of support tickets making sure tickets are managed triaged and escalated accordingly;
- Follow through on escalations and tasks/activities and hold people accountable for delivering support;
- Test functionality during upgrades and patches.
Requirements:
You have:
- Minimum of 2 years working preferably in Oracle ERP and knowledge of Oracle ERP modules;
- Good knowledge and experience working with Oracle:Oracle Payables Oracle Receivables Oracle GL Procurement;
- Proficiency in English (French would be a plus);
- Bachelors Degree in accounting/ technical.
