The Challenge
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering software implementations and building excellent relationships with our customers. As a Project Coordinator you will own guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion. You will coordinate across Sales Product implementation and support to be an advocate for OneTrust and the customer.
Your Mission
Provide a clear journey and onboarding experience ensuring customer satisfaction. As the single point of contact you will manage engagement scope resources and timelines. Providing clarity throughout to the customer.
As an implementation project coordinator you will:
- Engagement lead for our guided onboarding & small projects
- Provide clear & managed onboarding journey to the customer
- Organize and provide Project Initiation Kick Offs & Implementation Close
- Plan creation management & ongoing status reporting. Manage project scope risks and issues.
- Set clear prioritization objectives & expectations with the customer
- Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with focus on adoption
You Are
You are a hardworking and determined individual used to working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Youre an independent worker who is able to problemsolve and process information quickly.
Your Experience Includes
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering business or other related field
- Previous Project Coordination experience
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with a passion for technology
Extra Awesome
- Project Management certifications e.g. PMI Prince 2
- SAAS Implementation experience
