Maintenance Technicianfor apartmentsin Sioux Falls SD.
Summary:
Applicant must be able to achieve upkeep and repair of residential apartments under the directionof the Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintainand repair of building structuresand grounds
HVAC maintenance
Repair vacants for renting
Completion of resident request
Replace appliances
Simple plumbing electrical& carpentry repairs
Preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Valid Drivers license
Own tools and be able to use them
Diagnose problems
Be able to lift up to 50 Pounds
Rotating on call foremergencies
Cell phone
High School diploma or equivalent
