Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager/Inside Sales employee to join a jewelry findings company located in Manhattan. This role involves supporting customers learning the operational aspects of the business and gradually moving into a management position. This instore fulltime position provides an exciting opportunity for career growth and handson experience in the jewelry findings industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries sales and product information.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations to provide effective support.
- Manage orders inventory and general store operations as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to improve store efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations inside sales or customer service preferably within the jewelry or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a management role.
- Fulltime instore availability.
Location: Manhattan NY
Salary: $60k$80k
