Job Description
This is a remote position.
Code Implementation: Write code to implement software services in collaboration with the software engineering team.
Functionality Development: Enhance current functionality and develop new features based on current and future needs.
QA Collaboration: Coordinate with QA to identify and resolve defects.
Technical Specifications: Amend and update technical specifications as needed.
DevOps Practices: Participate in developing testing and deploying clean code in a DevOps environment.
OnCall Support: Provide occasional oncall emergency coverage including weekends.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Node.JS JavaScript and Java.
Experience implementing and using RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with hosting technologies such as Docker Kubernetes and Lambda.
Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with source control build systems and testing tools.
Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
Knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g. Postgres) or Cache Databases (e.g. Redis).
