1. Managing AgriInput Compliance Framework
Ensure compliance with all applicable agricultural environmental and trade laws related to agriinputs.
Monitor and interpret evolving regulations in the agriinputs sector to keep the organization updated on legal changes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations Supply Chain etc. to align business processes with regulatory requirements.
Handle product registrations licensing and other legal filings specific to agriinputs compliance.
2. Legal Agreement Management
Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts partnership agreements vendor contracts and other legal documents.
Establish standardized contract templates and processes to enhance efficiency while minimizing risk.
Ensure all agreements align with company objectives and comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
Provide expert advice on dispute resolution and manage legal escalations when needed.
3. Program Management for Compliance Projects
Develop implement and monitor compliancerelated initiatives and projects across the company.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify risks and implement corrective action plans.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Provide training to internal teams on compliance best practices and legal risks.
Bachelor s degree in Law (LL.B); Master s degree (LL.M) preferred.
23 years of experience in legal advisory roles preferably with exposure to Agriinputs FMCG or related industries.
Knowledge of agricultural laws environmental regulations and product compliance frameworks.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Excellent program management skills with the ability to handle multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
