Product Support Agriculture German required

This role requires presence in our Berlin office for the first 36 months and native German language skills. More languages (Polish French Spanish Slovak Czech etc. are a big plus!!

We build software that helps companies along the food system get to Net Zero.

31 of global GHG emissions originate from foodrelated activities. For the first time in history climate performance has become an overall business performance indicator. Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance which leads to increasing pressure from investors competitors retailers and consumers to prevent and reduce their CO2e emissions. Over the next 10 years companies have set ambitious reduction targets that need to be met. Enterprise software and new business processes can help.

We raised >10m in funding in the first 2 years of our existence we launched our enterprise product signed and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe and put together what we believe is the bestsuited early stage tech team in Europe. Will you be the next to join us

What you will work on

Your mission

Be the trusted point of contact for our farmers and farm technicians on the RootOS platform. 

1. Support farmers and farm technicians (Erzeugerberater) by answering their calls and emails solving issues with empathy and efficiency.

2. Proactively reach out to farmers to encourage and help them complete data submissions.

3. Collaborate with our tech team to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical challenges.

4. Dive into sustainable farming practices to become our inhouse expert.

5. Set up and continuously improve customer support processes and tools.

6. Create helpful easytofollow FAQ resources that make selfservice easy for users.

7. Collect and share user feedback with our product team we need your voice at the table!

8. Work hand in hand with our product team to test new and improve new features.
