Were down to our final few spots for Event Assistants at TED2025 in Vancouver BCand one of them is perfect for golf lovers! You could be working an interactive minigolf activation helping guests tee up for a fun and engaging experience.
These shortterm inperson contract roles run from April offering a day rate of $200 $250 CAD. If youre quick on your feet great with people and love the energy of live events this is your chance to be part of something incredible.
What You COULD Be Doing
Helping produce and execute TED2025s worldclass event experience
Guiding attendees answering questions and providing local recommendations
Assisting highprofile guests with tact and professionalism
Setting up and tearing down event spaces (yes some lifting is requiredthink 50 lbs max!
Using mobile devices to track engagement and event flow
