What Youll Do
As the Manager of Labor and Delivery Postpartum you will:
Lead and supervise clinical staff in delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care.
Ensure the highest quality patient outcomes through evidencebased practices.
Oversee unit operations resource management and staff development.
Foster a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field.
California Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
Previous leadership experience in a Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager role within OB Postpartum or Labor & Delivery.
Preferred:
Masters Degree in Nursing or related field.
Two years of clinical experience in postpartum OB or labor & delivery settings.
