Job Description

A leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy is looking for a Norwegianspeaking Tech Business Developer Representative to join their Barcelona office. If you have a strong background in B2B sales business development and outbound prospecting in the tech industry this is your opportunity to grow with a globally recognized company!

Location: Barcelona Spain
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary incentives

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve quarterly performance targets and meet daily & weekly activity goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts identifying new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Perform outbound prospecting and source potential customers.
  • Educate prospective clients about available tech solutions and services.

Client Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Conduct daily outreach via phone and email (including cold calls).
  • Engage with decisionmakers understand their needs and drive the sales process forward.
  • Align solutions with business challenges and build strong relationships with prospects.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Update and maintain customer & prospect information in the CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Track leads contacts opportunities and activities efficiently.
  • Work toward team and individual goals related to sales performance conversion rates and opportunity generation.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Native/Fluent Norwegian (C1 and English fluency.
Education: Bachelors degree (technical degree preferred).
Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or business development (outbound sales tech industry preferred).
  • Experience in phonebased sales with a quotadriven mindset.
  • Cloud industry knowledge (Cloud certification is a plus).
    Skills & Mindset:
  • Strong business acumen and ability to match solutions to business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset proactive attitude and selfmotivation.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
