About the role:
As a Project Manager at Geomiq you will be the key liaison between our UK team Manufacturing Partners and Shenzhen Quality hub. Your role is to ensure seamless order fulfilment optimize vendor performance and uphold highquality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for manufacturing partners ensuring they have the necessary resources and technical data.
- Track production progress address quality concerns and mitigate delays.
- Oversee order ensuring ontime delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage logistics between vendors QC and shipping teams.
- Ensure vendors understand customer design requirements and technical specifications.
- Facilitate technical communication between all stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance by guiding vendors and resolving preshipment issues with the QC team.
- Provide feedback to improve vendor management systems and customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of Geomiqs supply chain and customer data.
Experience Required:
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Proven experience in project management supply chain or manufacturing operations.
- Strong background in vendor management quality control and logistics.
- Knowledge of CNC machining fabrication or precision manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
