Axpo has been operating in the Polish market for over 20 years now. It employs about 250 people and is one of the largest independent offtakers of green energy. Customers in Poland benefit from tailormade offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and longterm contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25000 companies from the small and mediumsized enterprises segment and since April 2020 it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland the Company also implements largescale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for:IT Business Analyst
Your responsibilities:
- Gather highlevel requirements analyze regulations and define project scope
- Support Proof of Concept (if needed) with the Project Manager/Product Owner
- Collect and analyze processes procedures and historical information
- Identifying and proposing optimal IT system solutions in collaboration with IT architects
- Map and analyze ASIS processes optimize and define TOBE processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
- Report progress and findings to the Project Manager or relevant roles
- Preparing test scenarios after completing business analysis
- Manage requirements identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with the Project Manager
Our requirements:
- 45 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects within the banking finance telco or energy sectors
- Proven track record in business analysis for IT implementation projects with large complex systems
- Ability to create BPM diagrams for ASIS and TOBE processes
- Capability to translate business requirements into User Stories in Jira
- Facilitating workshops with business units across the company
- Postgraduate education in product or project management (agile and waterfall methodologies) will be an advantage
- Masters degree in IT/ICT Mathematics Business Administration or a related field; superior academic achievements are a plus
- Ability to read and understand technical English documents
- Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry is a plus (but not a must)
- High ethical standards strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a resultsdriven approach and teamoriented attitude
