Training Team Manager to lead and develop a team of training professionals. The manager will oversee all aspects of training program development and implementation including team management curriculum design budget control LMS management and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in training and development proven leadership skills and expertise in various training methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications :
Strong leadership training expertise and managerial skills. Essential qualifications include a related Bachelors degree (Masters preferred for senior roles) training experience (including team leadership) proficiency in adult learning principles and various training methodologies LMS familiarity excellent communication skills and analytical abilities. Desirable qualifications include relevant certifications industryspecific experience and strong budget and stakeholder management skills. In short they must effectively manage their team develop highquality training and align it with organizational goals.
