Were looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help shape and drive our development strategy across multiple engines and platforms. This is a high-impact role where youll take full ownership of system architecture and development ensuring everything aligns with company-wide objectives and engineering best practices
You will manage guide and supervise multiple squads of technical consultants and developers (both onshore and offshore) and will be the main point of contact for the team. You will have to work with stakeholders and business analysts to provide detailed analysis and estimations on work items.
Youll also be expected to provide guidance to the team members and in some cases to be able to undertake some development work.
