Contractor 12 months Investment Projects French speaking required
Are you ready to shape the future of Pharma IT Our client a renowned international biopharmaceutical company headquartered in the Frenchspeaking part of Switzerland is seeking an IT MES Project Manager. Join a dynamic team to implement cuttingedge digital solutions in a new stateoftheart facility. Your Role
- Lead with Structure: Establish project management frameworks and governance in partnership with the MES Site Lead P3 IT Program Manager and global MES stakeholders.
- Be the Connector: Act as the vital link between global teams and local project stakeholders ensuring seamless of objectives.
- Deliver Excellence: Plan track and drive project milestones while proactively managing dependencies risks and status updates.
- Champion Best Practices: Apply and enhance project management methodologies (Agile SDLC) and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
- Foster Collaboration: Support IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers (DCMs) in aligning MES standards and ensuring Computer System Validation (CSV) excellence.
What You Bring
- Expertise: A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent coupled with 7 years of Project Management experience in Pharma and GxP system implementation.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of MES implementation SDLC CSV and regulatory requirements like 21CFR Part 11 and Eudralex.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage projects across Waterfall Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong business acumen a serviceoriented mindset and a track record of influencing stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
