Job Description
Planning and controlling breakdown & preventive maintenance activities for all machines as per schedule.
General maintenance of all machines like CNC/VMC machine lapping machine drive panels testing machines power distribution Panels servo stabilizers and utilities like DG Compressor EOT Crane.
Preventive maintenance modification and project related PCC/MCC/Lighting/DGs/VFDs/Soft starters/UPS.
Testing lifting tools and tackles compressor receiver tank EOT material racks etc on regular basis from govt authorized vendors.
Coordinate of IT related breakdowns.
Coordinate Company asset related work and audits.
Purchase requisition creation and quotation follow ups to vendors .
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Knowledge of SAP.
Achieve minimum breakdown and to keep the plant in good working condition at the lowest possible cost.
Deal with emergencies unplanned problems & repairs.
Improve health & safety policies & procedures.
Define maintenance strategies to help with installation & commissioning guidelines.
Safety awareness.
Qualifications :
Experience 06 to 09 years
Technical Skills Graduate in Electrical Engg. Relevant technical knowledge.
Knowledge about Maintenance activities.
People Skills Good Communication Problem solving approach Attention to details Flexibility Safety awareness.
