- Manages compliance oversight for the daytoday management of the AHA training center (AHATC) instructors and faculty.
- Manages planning and operations of scheduling coordination design and implementation of all disciplines aligned with UM Capital agreement with AHA.
- Manages overall instructor oversight to include credentials onboarding evaluations and communication. Includes but not limited to quality assurance of all instructors for AHATC.
- Manages AHATC and instructor alignment with most updated National Regional or AHATC policies procedures course content or course administration. Including but not limited to curriculum tests answer keys and materials.
- Manages record keeping as required for an AHATC and for instructor management.
- Creates and distributes all appropriate communication related to AHATC and all other projects assigned with oversight.
- Coordinates and leads the AHATC initial and subsequent site reviews and maintains a networking relationship with other AHATCs.
- Manages the collection of data from a variety of internal and external sources and the preparation and review of related reports and documentation.
- Monitors prepares and submits to leadership periodic updates in collaboration with departmental managers of programs external reporting and projects.
- Coordinates departmental responses to internal and external data requests including formal surveys.
- Coordinates intra and interdepartmental meetings on behalf of the leader including preparation of meeting materials presentations and minutes.
- Investigates operational and performance concerns and makes recommendations for corrective actions.
- Provides confidential administrative support to senior leader to include managing the schedule/calendar making travel arrangements screening and handling telephone communications greeting and directing visitors and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments individuals and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings conferences and other special events as required.
- Gathers enters and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the department.
- Monitors and coordinates accounting activities as appropriate and prepares internal reports for management; participates in budget planning and management as required.
- Assists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the department.
- Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the department; screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate.
- Assists in the coordination supervision and completion of special projects as appropriate.
- Coordinates and oversees the daytoday management of supplies equipment and facilitates for the organization as appropriate to include maintenance inventory management logistics security and related activities.
- Enhances professional growth and development through participating in educational programs current literature inservice meetings workshops process improvement and project management.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Associates Degree
- 3 years of experience
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge and working experience with Medical Terminology.
- Strong organizational verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite Skill Level Intermediate (see attached explanation sheet)
- Word Excel PowerPoint Access.
- Standard Office Equipment: Personal Computer Copier Fax Phones etc.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex problems often involving difficult human interactions.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers to develop implement and foster the systems operation mission and culture.
- Stay abreast of the developments in the AHATC to continually improve and enhance the current practices with advances in the field.
