This role involves executing core HR functions including recruitment employee relations HR administration and compliance. Brief Job Summary:
Your mission will be analyzing HR metrics conducting research on workforce trends and providing recommendations to improve HR policies and processes.
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage endtoend recruitment including job postings shortlisting interviews and selection.
- Conduct employee onboarding ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
2.Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries resolving HRrelated issues effectively.
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling in line with company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and teambuilding activities.
3.HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain uptodate employee records contracts and HR databases.
- Process payroll inputs leave management and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
4.Performance & Training Support
- Support the implementation of performance management processes.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain training records and reports.
5.HR Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare HR reports including recruitment turnover and employee trends.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Years of Experience:
24 years of experience in HR generalist experience
Skills required to perform the Job:
- Proficiency in Excel HRIS systems SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau..
- Proficient in Uganda labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS Microsoft Office Google Suite
- Organized and detailoriented.
