Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. A remote Customer Support Representative FullTime and PartTime Positions job available for US residents nationwide. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the main point of contact for customers (via email phone and chat) assisting with inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing guidance. To excel in this role you must have excellent communication and problemsolving skills. You should be patient and empathetic and can handle difficult situations with professionalism. Additionally you should be detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering of calls
  • Confirm accuracy in data entry
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain thorough and uptodate knowledge of our services
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor


Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1 year or more of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications and other customer support tools
