Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage client communication streamline daily operations and support business workflows using tools like ClickUp Shopify and Canva. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate strong organizational skills proficiency in digital platforms and the ability to handle diverse administrative tasks efficiently. This role is critical for maintaining seamless communication optimizing operational workflows and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage email correspondence respond to client inquiries and maintain professional communication.
  • Utilize ClickUp to organize tasks track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support ecommerce operations on Shopify including order processing inventory updates and customer support.
  • Create and edit visual content using Canva for marketing materials social media posts and presentations.
  • Schedule appointments coordinate meetings and manage calendars to optimize time management.
  • Conduct research compile data and prepare reports to support decisionmaking and business strategies.
  • Maintain organized digital files databases and records for easy access and audits.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry document preparation and workflow optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in virtual assistance administrative support or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp Shopify and Canva for task management ecommerce and design tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation data entry and task .

Additional Job Details:
  • Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
  • Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH)
  • Employment Type: Fulltime
