You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailApply today to join our team as a Maintenance Technician! In this role you will ensure all equipment operates efficiently to maintain production while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
THE ROLE
HOURS: MondayFriday 7:30 am4 pm. Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or overtime.
MAINTENANCE: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance according to scheduled intervals and document all activities. Installation of new machinery and assist with equipment upgrades or modifications.
MINIMIZE DOWNTIME: Respond promptly to production breakdowns and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption and identify recurring equipment issues.
SAFETY & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records. Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacement parts as needed. Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with facility maintenance including HVAC plumbing and electrical systems as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and energy savings.
Qualifications :
SKILLS: Excellent communication and people skills. Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting skills and with a commitment to precision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ABILITIES: THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN OMAHA NE and requires the ability to work at our office at 132nd & L Street. Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or overtime. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds. Standing bending and walking for extended periods. Comfortable working in a noisy rapidly evolving environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen physical assessments audio and color vision test.
