Job Title: Salesforce Specialist
Location: Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a leading painting and home services company seeking to enhance its internal systems by hiring a skilled Salesforce Specialist to streamline reporting financial integrations and operational processes. The company values technical precision proactive problemsolving and a collaborative spirit in their leadership team.
Position Overview:
The Salesforce Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing optimizing and integrating Salesforce processes to support Elkhorn Paintings operational and financial workflows. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise leadership capability and the ability to work closely with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce reports to meet leadership reporting needs.
- Manage the integration of financial applications into Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and seamless workflow.
- Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert advising leadership on system capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to streamline processes and improve data visibility across the business.
- Ensure the system remains compliant with security best practices and user access guidelines.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on Salesforce functionality and new system features.
Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (required)
- Minimum 35 years of handson experience with Salesforce configuration report building and thirdparty integrations.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating financial software (e.g. QuickBooks accounting platforms) into Salesforce.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with USbased leadership.
- Experience supporting operational teams by designing custom workflows and dashboards.
NicetoHaves:
- Previous experience working with small to midsized service businesses (e.g. construction painting home services).
- Familiarity with financial reporting processes or accounting background.
- Experience working in a fully remote crosscultural environment.
