Job Description

An exceptional primary school in Barnet is looking for a motivated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their team in April 2025. This role comes with the opportunity to take on a TLR as a Phase Lead providing leadership and support to the Key Stage 2 team.

Salary: MPS/UPS TLR
Location: Barnet North London
Start Date: April 2025
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent

Your Role:

  • Deliver highquality lessons to Year 4 students while ensuring a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities as a Phase Lead for Key Stage 2 supporting colleagues and improving teaching outcomes
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support their development
  • Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the learning experience across the school

What We Need:

  • QTS and experience teaching Key Stage 2
  • A passion for leadership and improving outcomes for all students
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • The ability to lead a team and inspire others
