At Evelyn Partners we are expanding our Technology and Data Services team investing in a largescale modernisation programme to drive innovation and insights.  Were growing our existing team to enable the development of enhanced data modelling deeper and richer reporting AI initiatives and building our new cloud dataplatform powered by Snowflake.

As part of our transformation we need to grow our Technical Business Analysis capability.  This means exciting opportunities for learning upskilling and working with the latest technologies.

These roles can be based in Liverpool or Glasgow with the requirement to be in the office to collaborate with colleagues twice a week.

What will you be doing

As a Technical DataFocused Business Analyst your role is pivotal in driving change within the organization. Youll collaborate with stakeholders define needs and prototype & recommend solutions that add value to both clients and the business.

As a Technical DataFocused Business Analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requirements Gathering: Working alongside stakeholders and subjectmatter experts you will scrutinise the requirements and work to identify the root of the business problem or opportunity documenting the essential complete and unambiguous requirements.
• Business Process Modelling: Create clear models of existing and future business processes bridging the gap between strategy and .
• Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes proposing targeted improvements.
• Business Case Development: Craft compelling business cases demonstrating the value of proposed changes.
• Impact Analysis: Assess the potential impact of proposed solutions on existing systems processes and stakeholders.
• Technical Understanding: Leverage your strong grasp of technical concepts and architectures to prioritize technical debt alongside new feature development.
• Product Strategy Alignment: Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure that features are built in alignment with organizational and product strategies.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should:

• Passion for Innovation and Intellectual Curiosity: You thrive on exploring novel ways of working pushing boundaries and driving positive change.
• Data analysis: You will have strong demonstrable abilities in SQL be confident with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) and be able to present complex concepts with clarity.
• Concise Documentation: Your ability to create succinct and effective documentation supports solution development and ensures clarity.
• ClientCentric Mindset: You keep desired client outcomes at the forefront ensuring that solutions meet real needs.
