Our client a topnotch logistic company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Ensure the completion of the companys business plans and development goals by overseeing the annual business and budget planning process and addressing operational issues promptly.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and develop new services that align with those demands.
Make strategic investment and business decisions that maximize profitability and align with the companys overall strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers stakeholders and relevant regulatory agencies such as tax and customs authorities.
Establish and enforce strict operational procedures and regulations to minimize risks and ensure highquality service delivery.
Analyze financial reports including revenue and expenses to inform strategic adjustments and ensure effective resource allocation.
Enhance workforce quality through effective training and recruitment while implementing fair compensation policies and managing personnel changes.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations safety standards and internal policies across the organization.
Regularly assess employee performance and departmental objectives to ensure transparency and fairness in evaluations.
Oversee operational costs to ensure efficiency and prevent waste while managing company assets to ensure they are used effectively and without loss.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with preference given to candidates with experience in warehouse management.
Proficient in English communication.
Knowledge of quality standards for goods technical standards regulations and legal documents related to storage and delivery of goods.
Understanding of labor law and corporate finance.
Skills in reviewing documents within the system.
Sales and marketing skills.
Ability to identify assess and control risks and control.
Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and training skills.
Proactive open to feedback and selfmotivated.
