Our Customer Support Team delivers exceptional customer service ensuring smooth and efficient interactions with our clients. Tasks include processing orders addressing customer inquiries and providing key administrative support. Youll also assist with event coordination and other tasks as required. You will work across multiple functions while maintaining high standards of service.

Were looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a positive professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be organised able to prioritise tasks and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is a plus but were happy to provide training for the right person. Youll need proficiency in written and spoken English along with basic computer skills.
