IT Call Center Operator

So what are the main duties of an IT Call Center Operator in NetcompanyIntrasoft

As an IT Call Center Operator you will:

• Respond to user requests via phone email or chat as the firstline customer liaison.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues remotely within SLA guidelines.
• Record track and monitor incidents in the Service Management Tool.
• Manage the incident lifecycle including resolution closure and verification.
• Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and provide guidance.
• Assist with PC reconfiguration and installation.
• Adhere to standard service desk procedures and processes.
• Act as a liaison between staff and IT escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain and update documentation (SharePoint Knowledge Base etc..

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships).
• Strong IT knowledge including Windows Linux macOS and internet browsing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office 2019/Microsoft 365.
• Experience with remote work tools (VPN Skype Teams Zoom WebEx).
• Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g. HP Service Center).
• B2 proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Excellent customer service communication and problemsolving skills.
• You are solutionsoriented team player and quick learner.
• You work well under pressure in international multicultural environments.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Knowledge of/or experience in ITIL environment.
• Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.

Working Conditions: 
Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 07h00 and 20h00 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.
