Responsible for the support&service vendor management development provision and implementation of business solutions in the area of Engineering Applications (e. g. CAD CAE/Simulation DataExchange Dev&Ops tools etc). Foster collaboration and cooperation with other teams and competence centers. In addition on the role of an IT Consultant:
Coordinate and steer the external Service provider track and control SLA and Service Quality
Align and review business requirements on service/SLA and application function and implementation in service contracts
Close collaboration with license&contract teams to deliver on time and on demand application availability to best costs
IT Project Lead and with this ensure an intime close to standard and inbudget realization of defined projects and enhancements
support the strategic orientation of upcoming developments (roadmap / project portfolio)
ensuring utilization and sharing of lessons learned and technical best practices for scalability and efficiency
Qualifications :
Masters Degree or Bachelor Degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field
25 years of IT or Industry working experience
Experience in managing/leading a mid size and bigger projects in an international environment
Experience in process management especially in change management of applications/programs
First Experience in provider management
First Experience with apllications in area of CAD/CAE and/or DevOps (Jira/GitHub etc)
Worked in international teams for at least 13 years
Fluent in English
