- Leading and participating in the recontact activity to update the enquirers on ICRCs action(s) linked to their requests/feedback received from authorities and other stakeholders; collect additional information regarding the sought person and identify specific needs that the families may express for referral to relevant departments within ICRC / or external service providers;
- Conducting home-visits to the families also in view of collecting or sharing additional information, developing proximity and acceptance;
- Contributing to the institutional efforts aiming at supporting families in their search using existing internal and external data and takes part in the management and analysis of the data.
