- Organize and maintain office filing systems and supplies.
- Handle office correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
- Ensure the office space is clean functional and welcoming.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for team members executives & CEO.
- Organize company events meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as necessary.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Assist with invoicing processing payments and tracking officerelated spending.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and vendors.
- Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and contractors.
- Help with internal communications and ensure employees are informed about important updates.
- Ensure all office equipment such as printers phones and computers is functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate more complex issues to the IT department.
- Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance of office equipment or facilities.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met within the office environment.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant certification in business or office administration is a plus.
- Experience: 1 2 years of office management or administrative experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Very Presentable.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc..
- Basic knowledge of office technology and equipment.
