Job Description

    • Organize and maintain office filing systems and supplies.
    • Handle office correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
    • Ensure the office space is clean functional and welcoming.
    • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for team members executives & CEO.
    • Organize company events meetings and conferences.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as necessary.
    • Manage office budgets and expenses.
    • Assist with invoicing processing payments and tracking officerelated spending.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and vendors.
    • Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and contractors.
    • Help with internal communications and ensure employees are informed about important updates.
    • Ensure all office equipment such as printers phones and computers is functioning properly.
    • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate more complex issues to the IT department.
    • Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance of office equipment or facilities.
    • Ensure health and safety standards are met within the office environment.


Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant certification in business or office administration is a plus.
  • Experience: 1 2 years of office management or administrative experience.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Females only.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Very Presentable.
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc..
    • Basic knowledge of office technology and equipment.
    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
