Job Description
Join our team and youll be responsible for hunting new business.
Working in the Sales department you will prospect new clients and follow up customers.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
- Hunt for new business ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends identify opportunities and create innovative solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Results oriented and stress resistant.
- Proficiency in French German and English. Luxembourgish an asset.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgs business landscape and regulations.
