- This position is not just a role but a unique opportunity to make an impact. Stationed primarily at Grabs Jakarta Office the successful appointee will play a fundamental role in driving national demand initiatives and strategies across the entire breadth of Indonesia.
- Responsibilities for this role arent confined to strategizing. They also encompass ensuring the immaculate endtoend of these strategies. Thus offering a substantial platform to translate innovative ideas into action and making a real difference.
- GrabFood Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager Strategy & Planning to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of GrabFoods operations in Indonesia driving growth and enhancing our market position.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive GrabFoods growth and market share in Indonesia
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Lead crossfunctional teams in executing strategic initiatives and projects
- Create and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and support decisionmaking
- Collaborate with regional and territory teams to align local strategies with overall company objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize operations based on datadriven insights
- Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior leadership
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the GrabFood Indonesia team
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or Masters degree in Business Strategy or related field preferred
- 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation
- Indepth knowledge of the food delivery industry and Indonesian market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis financial modeling and business intelligence tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in the food delivery or ecommerce industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis techniques
