Get to know the Role:
As an Assistant Manager Key Accounts Manager you will build a pipeline of deals and track performance against the given sales target. You will be directly reporting to the Manager Key Accounts Management GrabForBusiness. You will be based onsite at our Cebu office with flexible work arrangements.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform:
- You will identify source and acquire enterprise clients in the Philippines with local or regional presence. Work with partners to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance goals.
- You will develop longlasting relationships with our main accounts through longterm planning handling objections asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them. You will establish a understanding of the Grab For Business product and Grabs business solutions to service your clients better.
- With indepth data analysis of your target market pipeline and business (using Salesforce LinkedIn and other sales tools) you will shape account specific growth strategies solidifying Grab For Business position as a market leader. Present deal reviews and pipeline forecasts based on datadriven insights to guarantee a healthy pipeline and align with team goals.

What Essential Skills You will Need
- You will have a Bachelors Degree with at least 24 years of B2B Sales within B2B SaaS enterprise or consulting environment.
- You will network with clients and within the Grab business
- You will learn about the GrabForBusiness platform Grabs multiple products processes and partners very fast.
- You will have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a highgrowth tech startup.
- You have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their responsibilities.
- You are proficient in using CRM tools (E.g. Salesforce)
- You are comfortable with data analysis (Docs / Sheets / Slides)
