Job Description
- Oversee and manage the development team ensuring timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
- Continuously monitor developer performance task progress and overall project health.
- Act as a liaison between developers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
- Track project progress using task management tools and address bottlenecks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a software development environment.
- Technical knowledge is required (not necessarily coding expertise but familiarity with development workflows technologies and best practices).
- Strong understanding of task management project tracking and team coordination tools.
- Ability to evaluate developer performance and ensure smooth collaboration within the team.
