Technical Consultant US EST work hours

What We Need:

We are seeking a Technical Consultant who will be responsible for the technical design solution development and postimplementation consulting and administration of solutions and programs on the Forsta platform. As a member of a program team youll be working as a technical and development lead youll provide detailed technical design and specification of solutions. When necessary youll work with the Solution Architects and Product Management teams for solutions that require development of custom components.

Youll also be responsible for Postimplementation activities that include ongoing technical expertise and support of accounts; building relationships with client business and technical users; conducting platform and solution training sessions; managing outsourced vendor relationships; management consulting and administration of solutions for clients; working with other Technical Delivery team and occasionally third party offshore and onshore partners.

As a Technical Consultant with Forsta you will:

• Act as the technical point of contact with the customer and other Forsta project team members.
• Assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions.
• Development of technical specifications.
• Lead the development and deployment process working with the program management team.
• Adhere to the Forsta and customers processes in place for project governance and delivery.
• Work with clients to integrate Forsta technologies into their business applications.
• Manage and conduct solutions QA.
• Assist with client UAT.
• Providing solutions administration and overall ongoing technical services as required for the client solution (Post Implementation Consulting):
  • Build a relationship with client management and team members.
  • Assists with managing services project budget.
  • Working with team members on multiple accounts manage all aspects of the ongoing post implementation solution services. 
  • Manage change and resolve conflicts that can impact services and operation of the client solution.
  • Assess client business requirements and provide viable solutions.
• Describe solutions to clients on how to integrate Forsta into their business.
• Provide Forsta platform training and knowledge transfer.
• Work with the PreSales team and Solution Architects for development and delivery of technical presentations inperson or online.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role required.
• Experienced with enterprise level reporting.
• Comprehensive Forsta platform knowledge would be considered a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge with Jscript /JavaScript HTML CSS.
• Forsta platforms and /or other comparable product experience.
• Experience in working with data manipulation and process with different data formats (e.g. SPSS CSV Triple S etc..
• Data Visualization and/or Graphic Design a plus.
• Familiarity with debugging tools.
• Responsive Design/Coding a plus.
• Ability to intelligently converse about required business concepts and technologies with clients vendors and internal team members.
• Demonstrated successful proposal development and presentation skills including excellent oral and written communication ability.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and work as part of a multifunctional team.
• Demonstrate initiative individual motivation and the drive to assist in sales initiatives from start to finish.
