To develop shape and lead the Performance Marketing strategy for the Business unit by working closely with the relevant Business Unit Heads and their teams to drive delivery against lead generation and sales targets through precise targeting tracking and optimisation to ensure campaigns are costeffective and results driven. To shape the Digital Media Management strategy to ensure that paid media ads are placed on the right platforms at the right times in front of the right audiences to maximise ROI for the BU.

Experience in planning buying and optimising digital media across multiple channels ensuring they work together cohesively as part of an integrated marketing strategy

Expertise in A/B testing conversion rate optimization (CRO) and the use of advanced targeting and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign performance

Proven ability to manage large complex budgets effectively ensuring that marketing spend is optimised for maximum ROI across various digital channels
