Job Description
Garrets InternationalManila is looking for a Sales Support Officer is to assist the GMP Account Manager team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. This role plays a crucial part in helping a company achieve its sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Below JD list the key responsibilities and purposes of a Sales Support Officer. Handling of various administrative tasks such as data entry order processing and maintaining sales records. This ensures that sales processes are wellorganized and documented.
What youll be doing:
- Code Cracking of RFQs from Account Manager
- Updating of prices in PO/RFQs called GMP Update
- Direct PO creations
- Chase for vendor Invoice
- Follow up on GMP POs older than 30 days
- Post Sales activities supply schedules updated delivery dates in AX.
- Solving of Hold Codes
- Adhoc task
- (Weekly Performance Reporting)
- (Mailbox sorting for GMP operations)
What were looking for:
- Advanced data entry skills
- Attention to detail and quality output
- Comfortable with math calculation and UOM conversion
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel Word and Power point
- Good listening and communication skills
