Job Description

As an Operations Project Manager you will oversee and drive the successful of operational projects. This role involves planning coordinating and implementing projects to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills a keen eye for process optimisation and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage operational projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business focused on Acquiring processes including: the Operational Excellence teams Product Commercial and 2LOD Risk & Compliance teams.
- Develop project plans and timelines tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Document project processes outcomes and lessons learned for future optimisation.
Qualifications :
- Several years of experience in leading endtoend operational projects including changemanagement system implementations process streamlining and resource management.
- Financial services / Fintech / Payments experience would be beneficial.
- PMP Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
